- It was to cause a flame war, wich I ignored from the beginning
- but things have gotten out of hand.

- The amiga is slower but cheaper and has always been a stable platform
- for gamers and hobbyists.
- I considder my A1230 50mHz 10Meg 500mbHD to be a medium machine
- and i get a decent performance out of it, it cost me about half
- the price of a medium pc though.

- I won't engage in interrace speed comparissons in depth, I'd rather
- render my anims/play games faster but buying a pc of the same price
- wouldn't do it. C&C would stagger, and lightwave would moan.

- At least on the amiga software is alway made with the weaker machines
- in mind so everything runs zippy.
